The Rusty Gaits Saddle Club has been a western riding club since the mid 1970′s. We run under the auspices of the Mid-Western Horsemens’ Society (MWHS), and while we generally follow their rules, we have a few of our own.

Our club shows are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month, starting in May and ending in September at the Aylmer Fairgrounds. We have 2 trail rides each year + ‘Trader Days’ every spring and a few other events in between.  Most events are held at the Eden & Area Community Centre (E&ACC).  Please check the Events page for more information.

We have been known for many years as ‘the friendly club”. Our members come from all walks of life, but we share the same passion; our 4-legged friends! If you are looking for a family-oriented saddle club, then consider the Rusty Gaits Saddle Club. Our shows are held at the Aylmer Fairgrounds where we offer a great food booth, electronic timer, PA system and try to get the best judges that we can afford..

We definitely try to make everyone welcome; we are open to ideas for clinics and other equine-related events. Don’t be shy!!
